Founded in 2018 with the launch of Giftback, an intelligent and efficient retention solution for retail, today CRMBonus supports companies of all sizes and sectors in attracting and engaging customers through two additional solution avenues: Vale Bonus and CRM Ads.
CRMBonus now has over 350 specialists split between São Paulo and Joinville and has raised R$ 280 million from some of the most respected venture capital investment funds, such as Softbank, Riverwood, Igah, and Volpe.

Our story
CRMBonus was founded in 2018 when Alexandre Zolko, Luiz Guedes, and Eduardo Vieira joined forces to solve a problem for TVZ, a women's fashion brand created by Alexandre's family. The brand had a successful loyalty program, and the challenge at the time was to determine which customers were actually informed about this program in the stores.
The solution was to create a system that would assign the program's benefits to the customers' phone numbers instead of their CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry), with validation via a PIN. This ensured that customers would be notified via SMS about their benefits in the program, and it also gave the company the ability to measure how many customers were being informed about the program based on the number of PINs issued. The solution was named Giftback.
With the metrics generated by Giftback, the company's leadership began working to improve the percentage of informed customers. When this number surpassed 70%, the magic started to happen: the network's stores began to grow significantly more.
Giftback was working efficiently, and it was time to offer the solution to other brands - with the promise of increasing retailers' sales by 10 to 20% within 100 days or not charging anything, CRMBonus rapidly gained market share and in just a few years, dominated the category, reaching thousands of companies as customers.
In 2021, three years after the creation of Giftback, CRMBonus was valued at R$ 1 billion following a Series A funding round led by Softbank, Riverwood Capital, Igah Ventures, and Volpe Capital.
