In 2019, CRMbonus partnered with Corello for a new company challenge: increasing the recurrence of customer purchases.

How do we solve this problem? With Giftback strategy and data to analyze consumer habits and behaviors.

The deal was so beneficial to Corello that it was one of the first brands to implement the CRMbonus Giftback in all its stores.

Who is Corello?

Corello is a Brazilian brand of footwear, bags and accessories. With almost 60 years in the market and 26 physical stores, they are always seeking to follow fashion trends and offer modern products to customers.

What were the challenges?

Have you ever heard the expression “getting to the top is easy, it's hard to stay there”? Well, in retail, we can make the analogy of: making the customer buy once is easy, difficult is making them buy frequently.

Corello's challenge was precisely to increase the purchase frequency of customers, focusing on the omnichannel consumer.

Challenges:

- Increase the frequency of customer purchases;

- Retain more customers;

- Increase sales.

What were our solutions?

Faced with the challenge, Giftback appears as an ideal solution, since the objective of this strategy is precisely to make the customer buy more at the store, building loyalty.

We also brought to Corello the opportunity to have Giftback in the online store, with the famous discount coupons, strengthening the focus on the omnichannel consumer.

But we went further. We also implemented our brand relationship rule strategy, a solution for creating clustered communications, campaigns, and activations. With segmentation based on RFV, we offer personalized bonuses for each group, increasing the chance of attracting customer interest.

In this case, it is evident that Giftback is an important ally to increase the recurrence of purchases. The Brazilian brand not only achieved its goal, but also improved the customer shopping experience.
