Achieving consumer preference is an enormous challenge, and this involves several variables: brand reputation, product quality, price, opinions of other customers and innovation, for example.

Faced with this scenario, Aramis Inc. understood that, in order to boost its sales, it needed to further increase the level of its customer's shopping experience. And that's when CRMbonus appeared, presenting the solutions of Giftback and Bonus Voucher.

Who is Aramis Inc.?

Aramis Inc. is a renowned company in the men's fashion sector, with two distinct brands: Aramis, present in 120 stores in Brazil and more than 1,200 multi-brand outlets, and the recently launched Urban Performance, with three own stores and 116 multi-brand outlets in the country.

What were the challenges?

Aramis Inc.'s main challenge was to create a special shopping journey for the customer, because from then on, getting people back to the store and even acquiring new customers would be a natural consequence.

What were our solutions?

In the partnership with Aramis Inc. we found two opportunities to overcome their challenges.

The first was the implementation of Giftback. Offering this to customers is a positive approach to encouraging them to return to the store to shop. And, in this way, instead of giving direct discounts, the company began to offer bonuses so that they could buy their products again in a next purchase.

The second crucial initiative, especially to reach new consumers, was to be present at Vale Bonus. By being present in the app, the brand is able to present a unique offer to people who do not yet know the brand in an intelligent way, because since it already uses Giftback, it is possible to segment the first purchase offer only to people who are not really Aramis customers.

The Aramis Inc. case is a testament to the success that can be achieved when a company is willing to innovate and seek strategic solutions.
